Who we are.

What we collect.
Only what you type into our forms. Booking enquiries: name, email, phone, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, room preference, and any message. Event enquiries: the same, plus event type, date, guest count and venue preference. Guest feedback: name, email, optional phone, stay dates, room category, ratings and your comment.
What we do not collect.
We do not take payment on this website. We never ask for card, bank or UPI details through this site or by email. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we hold it.
To answer your enquiry, arrange your stay or event, and improve our service. Nothing else.
Publishing feedback.
Your comment is published only if you tick the consent box, and only after a member of our team approves it. We publish your first name and the month of your stay — never your email, phone or full name. Withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@nrsgroups.in and we will remove it.
Who sees it.
Authorised NRS staff only. Data is held with Supabase, our database provider. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we share it with third parties only where law requires.
How long we keep it.
Enquiries for 24 months from your last contact. Feedback until you ask us to remove it.
Your rights.
Ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to info@nrsgroups.in and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies.
This site sets only the cookies needed to keep it working. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Security.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if anything material goes wrong.

Posted here with a revised date.
