About these terms.
These govern your use of this website and any booking enquiry made through it, with NRS Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.2.
Enquiries, not bookings.
Submitting a form starts a conversation. A reservation exists only once we confirm it to you in writing with a booking reference. Availability and rates are not guaranteed until then.3.
Rates.
Quoted in Indian Rupees and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Rates vary by season and may change until your booking is confirmed.4.
Check-in and check-out.
Check-in from 12:00. Check-out by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a charge.5.
Identification.
All guests must present valid government photo ID at check-in, as required under Indian law. Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa; we are required to file Form C with the authorities. Bookings may be declined where ID is not produced.6.
Children and extra beds.
Children are welcome. Extra beds are subject to availability and may carry a charge.7.
Pets.
Pets are not permitted.8.
Smoking.
Both smoking and non-smoking rooms are available; specify at booking. Smoking in a non-smoking room incurs a deep-cleaning charge.9.
Payment.
Made directly to the hotel or to our official account only. We never request payment through personal accounts, payment links sent over messaging apps, or any channel other than those published on this site. If you are asked for payment any other way, it is not us — call +91 70444 70888.10.
Cancellation.
Governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.11.
Events.
Weddings, banquets and lawn bookings are governed by a separate written contract that takes precedence over these terms.12.
Conduct.
We may refuse or terminate a stay where a guest behaves in a way that endangers or seriously disturbs others, or damages property. Charges for damage will be recovered.13.
Liability.
We are not liable for loss of valuables not deposited with reception, nor for interruption caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.14.

Governing law.
